Meet Our Pastor 

Pastor Robert Cronin | Calvary Baptist Church, Calvary, Georgia

Pastor Robert Cronin has faithfully served the Lord in Christian education and pastoral ministry for more than three decades. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior on March 10, 1983, and graduated from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in 1990.

While attending Maranatha, Rob met his wife, Deborah, and they were married on August 3, 1990. Together, they have two children, Ben and Lauren.

Rob and Deborah began their ministry in Ocala, Florida, where they taught at Ocala Christian Academy from 1990 to 2000. During those years, Rob served as music director and youth pastor at Faith Baptist Church for seven years and later served at Grace Baptist Church in Belleview.

​

In 2000, the Lord led them to Westwood Christian School and First Baptist Church of Westwood Lake in Miami, Florida, where they continued teaching and serving in youth ministry. In 2004, they returned to Wisconsin to serve at Maranatha Baptist Bible College, where Rob was Dean of Men and a coach. During this time, he also served as interim pastor in Lena, Illinois, and in Madison and Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

In 2013, the Lord directed the Cronin's to North Florida Christian School. In the summer of 2015, Rob accepted the call to pastor Calvary Baptist Church in Calvary, Georgia, where he continues to serve the church family and community through biblical preaching, spiritual leadership, and a commitment to God's Word.
